These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Trendz, a digital service operated and owned by Individual Entrepreneur NIKOLAI GOLOS, registered under the laws of the country Georgia (“Trendz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).


By using Trendz, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.


1. Service Operator

Trendz is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by:

All contractual, billing, and data processing responsibilities are carried out by IE NIKOLAI GOLOS under the brand name “Trendz.”



2. Use of Services

Trendz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or Trendz systems

  • Copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our technology

  • Use the Services to generate or share content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if these conditions are violated.



3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Trendz is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.



4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in Trendz’s technology, features, designs, and content are owned or licensed by Trendz.

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Services (“User Content”). By submitting or generating content through Trendz, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.



5. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase.

  • All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers.

  • Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated by Trendz.



6. Refund Policy

  • Trial Periods: If a free trial is offered, you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Cancellations stop future renewals but do not generate refunds for past charges.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Annual plans may be eligible for a partial refund if canceled within the first 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. After 14 days, refunds are not provided.

  • Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

    • You experience a verified technical issue that prevents reasonable use of the Service

    • A billing error occurs due to our fault


To request a refund, please contact our support team at team@trendz.so. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.



7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Services may include tools that generate text, images, or other outputs using artificial intelligence.

You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or free from bias.

  • You are solely responsible for how you use or rely on such outputs.

  • Trendz is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of generated content.

We recommend independently reviewing and verifying all AI-generated material before use.



8. Termination of Use

You may stop using our Services at any time. Trendz may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, used the Services in a harmful way, or engaged in fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease immediately, but provisions such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability will survive termination.



9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendz and its affiliates, partners, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

Trendz’s total liability for any claim related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.



10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Trendz does not guarantee that:

  • The Services will be error-free or uninterrupted

  • Any content generated will meet your expectations or intended use

  • Data or results provided will be entirely accurate or reliable



11. Changes to the Terms

We may revise or update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.

Material changes will be communicated via our website or email, and the updated Terms will include a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.



12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trendz operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
